Ingredients:
- 2/ glass of milk
- 2 / cup of flour;
- 1.5/ cup of sugar
- 6 tbsp of cocoa
- 4 tsp baking powder
For cream,
- 2/cup of milk;
- 1/cup of sugar;
- 3 tablespoons of flour
- 1 egg
Method of preparation
For the cookie. Mix all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder. After that, we add hot milk and mix. Pour the dough into the dough and bake at 180 C for 40 minutes.
For cream,
Boil the milk for the cream. Beat the egg separately with sugar and flour, pour the hot mixture into this mixture and cook on a gas stove. Bring the cream to a boil, stirring constantly. Cut the biscuit into 2 or 3 cakes, cover them with hot cream. We decorate to your taste.
