Blueberry Donut Cake

Dough;

  • 2 cups of sifted flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp table salt
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk + 1 tsp of vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter

The dough should be cooked in the oven under 375 F. We need to take a 10 cm round pan, preheat the gas stove and cook for only 30-35 minutes.

We will take a large bowl and sift flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt into it. We will gently throw the blueberries into the flour mixture, which will help us not to let the blueberries fall to the bottom of the cake, but it will rise up during baking.

We will break the egg in a separate bowl, add vanilla and milk with vinegar.

Remove the hot container, add vegetable oil and. the butter. After letting it melt, we will add it to the milk mass, mix it well so that it becomes homogeneous. We will add the wet mass to the dry mass, mix it well so that there are no lumps and put it to cook.
