Chicken salad

At first glance, it is imperceptible, but I assure you, it must be cooked. I think you will like it very much.

Ingredients,

  • 350 g of chicken liver or chicken thighs
  • 4 hours of pickled cucumbers
  • 4 – carrots
  • 4 – onions
  • 100 g of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • vegetable oil for frying onions and greens

Preparation:

  1. Cook carrots, eggs, chicken or liver separately.
  2. Clean 2 or 4 onions, cut them into cubes, then fry them in vegetable oil.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper. Separate the whites and yolks of the boiled eggs.
  4. Pass the whites through a large grater. Put the yolks aside for the last layer
  5. Some of the protein can be made into flowers to decorate the salad.
  6. Cut 4 cucumbers into small cubes.,
  7. Grate 5 carrots with a large grater
  8. We will cut the liver or chicken into strips or cubes.

Let’s go to the assembly of the salad:

We will spread the first layer, the chicken meat or the liver in the dish and sprinkle mayonnaise on it. Next will be a layer of fried onion, then we will add a layer of cucumber. After that, we will spread a layer of protein and sprinkle mayonnaise. Next is a layer of carrots, and we will sprinkle mayonnaise again. The last layer is the grated yolks. Decorate the salad according to taste, let it rest for 10-15 minutes. and then roll.
