Manicotti Italian dish with mushrooms and spinach

Hello everyone! Today we will prepare an Italian dish, which is very tasty and loved by many. In these hot days we often think about what to cook delicious and fast, in a short period of time. Now I will present you the recipe:

Recipe:

  • 14 pieces / 270g – Manicotti (type of pasta)
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp g pepper
  • 450 g of small mushrooms
  • 300 g of spinach

Materials for stuffing:

  • 1 cup – 420 g parmesan cheese
  • 425 g ricotta cheese
  • 500 ml of tomato sauce


The first action is to cook the pasta for 9 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and 1 tbsp of salt to the water and as it comes to boil add the pasta.

In a separate pan, fry the finely chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. We will let it cool down. Afterwards, we will add the assortment of cheeses and will stuff the pasta.

Pour the tomato sauce into a glass baking dish and add the stuffed pasta. Preheat the oven to 400 F, cook for 30 minutes.
