Hello everyone… today we will make a sponge cake, which is very tasty and quick to make.

Recipe:

• 3 egg whites
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 pinch of salt
• 90 g of sugar
• 90 g of flour
• 1 tbsp vanilla (liquid)
• 1 pack of baking powder (1.5 tsp)
• 30 ml of vegetable oil
• 30 ml of milk

Bake at 170 C or 340 F for only 30 minutes. We will get a very high, delicious and golden sponge cake.
