Hello everyone! You have the S & A recipes. Today we will prepare a salad with chicken and pineapple, for which we need the following ingredients.
Recipe:
- 1 box of corn
- 450 g of pineapple
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- 100 g Dutch grated cheese (optional)
- 200 g of walnuts
- 1 tsp of salt
- 0.5 t/g black. pepper
Method of preparation:
First, we will cook the chicken breast, drain the water from it and. we will cut it into cubes. Let’s add the corn and. diced pineapple, chopped walnuts, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Dutch cheese, salt, and pepper. We will season all this well, let it rest for 30 minutes, after which we can serve it.
This salad is easy to prepare, light and very tasty. Useful with its rich vitamins, it is considered a diet salad, improves digestion, immune system, blood circulation and is full of vitamin C.
