Vegetable salad with vegetables

Hello everyone! Today we present to you a vegetable salad with vegetables, which is refreshing, tasty and healthy.

Recipe for the sauce

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard sauce
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 0.5 cups of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of sugar

Mix all the ingredients together and set aside.

Dry ingredients:

  • 8 pieces of ham
  • 450 g of Brussels sprouts
  • 450g of asparagus
  • 450 g of green beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup of walnuts

Fry the ham until it becomes crispy, and put the excess fat aside. Crumble the fried ham and set aside. We will pour the saved bacon fat into the gas stove and add the brussels sprouts to it. It should be fried in a preheated oven at 400.F or 205 C for 10 minutes. Add green beans and asparagus. Cook for another 10 minutes until caramelized. Take it out of the oven, let it cool. Chop the beans and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
