Hello everyone! Today we will make Strawberry Sweet. It is true that now is the first month of spring for our country, it is not a season for canning, but here in the states, it is a ripe and sweet season for the strawberry harvest. We have decided to prepare “Strawberry” dessert.
Recipe:
- 3 kg of strawberries
- 2 kg 800 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of lemon salt
- 150 ml brandy
It is necessary to clean, remove the tails of strawberries and wash well under running water. Put the grains one by one in a glass of cognac, then arrange them layer by layer in a large bowl and pour the sugar on top in order. Leave it for 1 to 24 hours until the water in the strawberries comes out and dissolves with the sugar.
After that we will put it on low heat, it should be cooked gradually. For the first time, I will put it on the gas stove for 7 to 10 minutes, when it starts bubbling, I will collect the foam on it, after that I will leave it to stay, it will cool. The next day I will repeat the action for 15 minutes, the third time for 10-15 minutes. We will check the strength of the juice, add a pinch of lemon salt.
