Hello everyone! Today we will prepare lasagna from Italian cuisine, which is extremely tasty, has a very aromatic aroma and is an extremely tasty dish. First of all, we need to prepare the dough. In the case of ready-made dough, put it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, after which we will transfer it to a napkin or greaseproof paper and transfer it to the refrigerator until we prepare the other ingredients.
Recipe for scallions:
- 2 onions
- 5-7 cloves of garlic
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 700 g of beef
- 500 g of pork
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp basil
- 2 tsp oregano (oregano)
- 3 h 400 g of tomato sauce
- 1 glass of white wine
First of all, we will cut the onion and garlic and fry them a little without olive oil, after which we will add olive oil, beef and pork. We will continue frying by adding salt, black and red pepper, basil, oregano. Fry until the water from the meat comes out and the meat is caramelized. Then we will add tomato sauce, after boiling for 1-2 hours, we will add white wine. All these should be cooked together on low heat for about 2 hours.
Prepare sauce: Béchamel
- 80g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 850 ml of warm milk
- 1 tsp of salt
- 0.5 t/g of nutmeg
Method of preparation:
We will melt the butter, add flour and let it melt well, stirring constantly, until we get a golden color. We will add the milk continuously stirring until the flour dissolves and starts to boil. You should get a homogeneous, pasty mass.
We will take a glass plate 8-10 cm high. We will pour tomato sauce on the bottom of the dish, add 3 tbsp of olive oil, arrange the layers of dough across the width of the dish, add 2-3 tbsp of meat sauce, parsley, parmesan cheese, add a layer of white sauce, a layer of mozzarella cheese. In this way, we will continuously arrange the layers of dough and continue arranging the next components. Before putting it in the oven, we will cover it well with foil and put it in the oven at 375 F for 60 minutes. The oven must be preheated.
