Tart with Ham and Stew

Hello Everyone… Today we are going to make a quick, flavorful ham stew that is very flavorful and full of flavor

Recipe:

500 g of potatoes
1 medium onion
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried thyme
50 ml vegetable oil
2-3 cloves of garlic
300 g of ham
200 g of cheddar cheese
100 g of mozzarella cheese
6 eggs

Method of preparation:

Grease the container well and grate the potatoes, finely chop the onion and garlic. Season well with salt, black pepper, dried thyme and vegetable oil. Preheat the oven to 350 F and cook for 30 minutes. After that we will add cheese, ham and eggs. We will continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
