Crispy Fish Fries

Prepare the sauce:

  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 lemon of juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickles
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley, green onion and dill

Preparation of fish:

  • 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, dill and green onion
  • 500 g of fish fillet, cut into 4 portions
  • 1/4 cup of flour
  • 1 egg, which should be beaten with 1 tbsp of water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation should be done at high temperature. Mix the ingredients with the sauce and put in the refrigerator. Mix the breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs) and herbs, dip the fish pieces in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Heat olive oil and fry each side for 4 minutes until golden. Serve with sauce. Preparation for 2 portions, bon appetit.
