Hello everyone! Today we will prepare our favorite meat and pea salad, which has a unique taste. It is well known to all of us, the “Capital” salad, which we prepare often.

We need the following ingredients:

• 0.5 kg/beef
• 4 medium potatoes
• 4 large carrots
• 50/g parsley
• 200g of pickled cucumbers
• salt and black pepper to taste
• 100 g of mayonnaise
• 100 g sour cream
• 500 g of green peas

Preparation process:

We will cook the meat, potatoes, carrots and then cut them into small cubes. We will also chop the cucumber. Add finely chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise and green peas. We will mix everything well together. Before serving, we will decorate it with sour cream and a few leaves of parsley.
