Today, we present to you potato and pork finger pan, which is one of our traditional dishes. This stew is prepared very quickly and is extremely tasty and fragrant.
Ingredients,
- 8-10 medium potatoes
- 1.5 kg of pork
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1 onion
- 1 kiwi
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
First of all, we will cut the meat, which we will season well with salt and pepper, then we will put small and round cut onions on it. We will crush the kiwi in a separate glass and sprinkle it on the meat. Cover with cling film and leave for 15-30 minutes.
We will clean the potatoes, cut them into rounds and add the spices, as well as 1 tsp of vegetable oil. We will put potatoes and meat together in a gas stove. It will be cooked in a gas oven for 45 minutes at 350F or 200C.
