Chicken breast Casserole

Hello everyone! Today we are going to make a chicken breast casserole, with the skin on, full of healthy vegetables and rich texture of curry. This is a great dish for holidays!

We need the following components:

Recipe

  • 1 whole chicken breast with its skin
  • 1 tsp curry
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp red sweet pepper
  • 0.5 tsp hot red pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

We will season the chicken breast, by giving a little opening to the chicken skin by giving a cut on both sides. After seasoning, leave it in the refrigerator for 8 hours. After put some olive oil on the bottom of the pan, add the chicken, and cover it with foil, and put into the oven. The oven should be turned on at 200C or 395 F and the chicken should stay for 20 minutes. Additionally, don’t forget to preheat the oven. Then, after 20 minutes, we will remove the foil, and put it in the oven again for frying for 5 to 7 minutes. You can watch details in the video.

Lastly garnish with pasta sauce .

Sauce;

  • 300 g of pasta
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 150 g bacon (smoked ham)
  • 1 piece of carrot (150 g)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 red and orange bell peppers
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 hot red pepper
  • 1 tsp sweet red pepper
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 150 g of fresh/frozen green peas
  • 50 ml of white wine
  • 0.5 pinch of sugar
  • 100 g of grated cheese

Pour water into a saucepan and put it on the stove to boil. Add 1tbsp salt, 1 tbsp olive oil, after which we will add the pasta of your choice. Then, cook for 8-10 minutes. Add the pasta to the vegetable sauce(you can watch the preparation process in the video), and after a couple of minutes it is ready. When serving, sprinkle grated cheese on it.
