Flavored version of “Salmon” fish preparation.

Hello everyone! Today I will present to you a very tasty version of salmon preparation. Now I will present you the ingredients, after which we will cook together.

Recipe:

  • 900g skinless salmon fillet
  • 2-3 tsp vegetable oil
  • 20 g green onions for decoration (chopped)

Marinade:

  • 100-120 ml of hot chili pepper sauce
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 1 to 2 tsp red peppercorns
  • 1 tsp of salt

We will pour hot chili pepper sauce into a glass jar, add brown sugar to make it a little less spicy. We can say we soften the spiciness, add soy sauce, grated or crushed garlic, red peppercorns and salt. We will mix all these together, after which we will cut the salmon into 4 cm wide pieces and dip all the pieces of fish in the sauce. We will transfer it to a food bag and pour the rest of the liquid on it. We will move it to the refrigerator, it will remain for 30 to 60 minutes.

We will pour vegetable oil, 3 tsp/g, into the pan, let the temperature rise, fry all the pieces of salmon on both sides for about 2 to 3 minutes, until it becomes crispy. After that, we should pre-heat the oven to 400 F and put all our fried fish pieces with its sauce and vegetable oil in a pan and send it to the oven to cook for another 5 minutes. After which we can serve. We can decorate with green onions. We prepared for 4 servings.
