Tangerine Biscuits

Hello everyone! Today we will show you how to make mandarin sponge cake, which is tasty and rich in vitamins. Now we will present you the recipe.

Dough:

  • 15 tangerines
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 180 ml of vegetable oil
  • 180 ml of boiled lukewarm water
  • 50-70 g grated mandarin peel
  • 1,5 t/g of baking powder
  • 350 g of flour

We need a 20×20 cm pan, the bottom of which we will cover with oil and we will put greaseproof paper on it, and lightly grease the paper as well. We will divide the tangerines into 2 equal parts. We will lay one part on the floor, and the other part we will prepare fresh juice. In another bowl, we will break the egg, add the prepared fresh juice, sugar, a pinch of salt, vegetable oil, lukewarm water and flour.

You need to turn on the gas stove to 350 F or 180 C. The cake should stay in the oven for 50 to 55 minutes. We will take out the cake and let it cool on its own.
