Hello everyone! Today we will make meat and potato pie. I must say that it is very tasty, quick to prepare and we all love it very much.

First we will prepare a dough for which we need yeast

Yeast:

• tbsp of dry yeast
• 2 tbsp of sugar
• 150 g of flour
• 200 ml of hot water

Dough:

• 4 cups of flour
• ready yeast
• 1 tbsp salt
• 30 ml of olive oil

wrench:

• 1 kg of beef
• 2 onions
• 1 tbsp salt
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 0.5 tsp black pepper
• 0.5 tsp paprika red pepper
• 0.5 tsp chili pepper
• 0.5 t/g of oregano
• dried basil
• tomato sauce to taste

When the dough is ready, we will divide it into small balls, after which we will open the dough and fill it with meat or potatoes. We will pour vegetable oil in the pan and put it on the gas stove, when the vegetable oil is poured, we will urgently put the pies in the pan. You can see the details in the video.
