Fruit chocolate cake “Kiss”

Today I made a very wonderful cake, which is called a kiss. It is made from three types of fruit mixture, chocolate and peanuts. First we will prepare the biscuit.

For the biscuit you need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 100 ml of water
  • 130g of flour
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Break 4 eggs, separate the white and the yolk. While whipping the egg whites, we will add a pinch of salt, a part of sugar and whip for 5-7 minutes. We will add sugar to the yolk and beat it well for 5-7 minutes at the highest speed. Until it turns white and thickens well, then add 100 ml of lukewarm water and mix it with your spoon so that the air does not come out. When it turns out to be homogeneous, we will add it to the protein mass. We will mix it by hand with a mixer several times from top to bottom and put it on a gas stove to cook. Must be preheated to 400F or 200C and cooked to 350F or 180C for 35 minutes.

After cooking, divide the biscuit into 3 parts, if it turned out well for you, you can divide it into 4 parts. In this case, I divided it into 4 parts. The radius of the element is 18 to 19 cm.

Cream:

  • 600 ml of milk cream
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

After the cream is ready, we will divide it into three parts. We will leave one part white, we will mix strawberries with the 1st part, banana with the 2nd part, I also have a 3rd one, which I made a fruit bunch and it is composed of strawberries, bananas and raspberries. We will cover the last layer with white cream. Let it cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Chocolate:

  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 50 g of peanuts

We will pour the chocolate and milk into the pot. We will put it on a very weak fire and melt it, add the peanuts, mix it by hand and pour it on the finished cake. We will leave it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
