- 250 ml of milk

- 4 egg yolks

- For greasing it: 2 tablespoons of milk and 1 egg white.
Preparation process.
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk and leave for 5-7 minutes. Sift flour.
Pour the sugar into the mixture of milk and yeast and add flour – 2 tbsp of each.
Let the dough rest for at least 20 minutes so that the dough rises. Cover with food film.
Beat the yolks with a fork and a pinch of salt.
When the yeast is ready, pour it into a bowl or pot and add it
we will knead the beaten egg yolks, sugar, butter, raisins and flour well by hand.
Sieve 3/4 of the flour and vanilla.
Place the flour part by part in the mixing bowl, knead the soft dough.
It is necessary to knead the dough with hands for at least 15 minutes. You can use yeast in baking.
cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours. We will cover it with food film and make 2 holes on it so that the carbon dioxide gases can escape.
When the dough is ready, it can be measured using a scale. is divided into small spheres.
For baking, grease the pan and place the balls of dough on it, but at a small distance from each other.
Cover the future pancakes with cling film or a clean waffle towel dipped in hot water. Allow the spheres to sit away from the mirror for 20 minutes.
Beat egg whites with a few tablespoons of sweet water or milk. Apply with a brush on the raised balls of dough.
Bake the vanilla buns at 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Ready buns can be spread with melted butter and sprinkled with a mixture of flour and powdered sugar. Let them cool under a towel.
