Dough:
- 285 g of flour
- 115 g of cocoa
- 395 g of sugar
- 1.5 t sp baking powder
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 230 ml (1 cup) milk and 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 230 ml of coffee
- 113 g of vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
Ice cream:
- 950 ml of heavy cream
- 500 g of condensed milk
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 25 pieces of Oreo cookies
Cream:
- 460 ml of heavy cream
- 90 g of powdered sugar
- 1.5 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp gelatin
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream
Chocolate ganache:
- 115 g of chocolate
- 100 ml cream
The dough should be baked in the oven at 350 F for 40 minutes. The diameter of the container is 20 cm. We present the details of the preparation process in the video. If you follow the video exactly it should turn out very well.
