Egg-shaped with cheese from Japanese cuisine: Tamagoyaki (tamagoyaki)

Hello everyone! Today we present to you how to prepare homemade Japanese food for breakfast in the morning. Which, by the way, is very tasty and filling.

Ingredients for two servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 6 Seaweed-Nori
  • 6 slices of cheese
  • Mayonnaise as needed
  • fish as needed
  • 5 ml of olive oil

Preparation:

Break the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Turn on the gas stove on low heat, apply a thin layer of olive oil on the pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and swirl quickly to coat the entire pan. Place the Nori seaweed and a layer of cheese on top of the egg. Then roll the egg. Pour the egg 1/4 gradually, lift the cooked cylindrical omelette and continue pouring the egg.
