Roll with peach jam

Hello everyone… Today we will make “Roulette” with peach jam, we have another video and recipe “Roulette” with apricot jam, which are different from the usual ones. In both cases, it turns out very tasty and beautiful.

Recipe;

  • 5 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 ml vegetable oil
  • 50 ml of milk.
  • 0.5 g/g of salt

Preparation process:

Break 5 eggs, separate the yolk and white. Divide the sugar into two parts. Pour one part on the protein, the other part on the yolk.

First, we will beat the protein, add 0.5 tsp of salt, after a little beating, we will add sugar. We will beat until we get a good thick meringue.

Then we will beat the yolk in a separate bowl so that the mass doubles and turns white. We will add a part of yolk, and we will add vegetable oil, milk, baking powder to the other part. Elsewhere, we will sift on the protein and mix together with a hand rubber mixer. We will gradually increase the mass prepared with yolk.

Preheat oven to 350F, cook for 30 minutes, pan size is 30 x 40 cm. You can see the details in the video.
