Components: For the lasagna:
- 12 pieces of lasagna (sheets)
- 150 g of hard cheese.
For the bolognese sauce:
- 400 g of minced meat
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tomato
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 400 ml of water
- 3-4 bay leaves
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
For the bechamel sauce:
- 900 ml of milk
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g wheat flour
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- salt to taste
Preparation time 60 minutes.
Preparation process
Let’s prepare Bolognese sauce.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Add the minced meat. Fry well.
In the meantime, finely chop the onion and add it to the meat. Fry together, grate the carrot, add it to the meat and continue frying.
Pour chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, salt to taste, bay leaf, black pepper, water into the pan.
Mix everything well. Cook, with the lid closed, for about 20 minutes.
Now prepare the Béchamel sauce.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then add the flour and mix quickly.
Pour in the milk. Mix so that there are no lumps.
Add nutmeg, salt to taste.
Cook the sauce over low heat until it thickens, stirring regularly. Grate the cheese with a large grater, then assemble the lasagna. Pour Bechamel sauce and a little Bolognese sauce on the bottom of the container.
Put 3 layers of lasagna. You can sprinkle grated cheese on the layers. Repeat the layers 3 more times. Bechamel sauce, Bolognese sauce, lasagna sheets.
The top layer should be a sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
