Hello everyone! Today we will make a cake with strawberry and raspberry combination. Let me say that we get a beautiful, harmonious combination – with an aromatic fragrance.

Recipe;

• 12 egg whites
• 240g of powdered sugar
• 160 g of flour
• 20g baking powder
• 20 g of vanilla
• 300g of chopped walnuts
• 400 g of strawberries

Soak:

• 20 ml of Strawberry or Raspberry syrup

Cream:

• 280 g (2 boxes) vanilla pudding dry mix
• 1.4 l of milk

Glaze:

• 200 g of chocolate
• 100 g of butter
• 30 g syrup (strawberry and raspberry)
