Today I will prepare a very wonderful and tasty cake from white biscuit dough, which is called Dream. Cake preparation is very easy and does not require much effort from us. Before you start cooking, subscribe to S & A’s YouTube channel and Facebook page to get notified of our upcoming video.

I will prepare the cream, for which we need:

  • 450 ml sour cream
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 9-10 g of vanilla (powder)

Method of sowing:

We will pour sour cream into a bowl, stir it a little and add powdered sugar. Of course, it should be sifted over sour cream and we will add vanilla. It should be stirred for 3 to 5 minutes.

Dough recipe:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g sugar
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation of the dough:

We will break the eggs, separate the white from the yolk. We will add a pinch of salt to the protein. We will beat it a little so that the protein opens up and foams well, thickens, we will add sugar part by part. Let me remind you that we divide it equally, the other half is for the yolk. Beat it with a stand mixer for 5 to 7 minutes. When breaking the egg, pay attention so that the white is separated from the yolk cleanly. The meringue will turn out well. When we lift the mixer, the meringue should stick to the mixer for at least a few seconds, and we will already be sure that it is ready.

Let’s move on to beating the yolk, add sugar, beat until we get a white mass. If we want the biscuit to be soft, which is very tasty, we will add milk cream, or if we don’t have it at hand, we can also add room temperature water. Then we will add it to the resulting meringue. We will beat it 2 to 3 times with a very weak force, and then we need to pass the flour and baking powder through a sieve.

Preheat the oven to 200 C, cook for 40-45 minutes. Grease paper should be placed in the container beforehand. After cooking, divide the dough into three parts.

Chocolate:

  • 6 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tbsp of cocoa
  • 30-50 g of butter
  • 1 tbsp cognac
