Cake “Eskimo” Great option

Today we will make a cake “Eskimo” with a beautiful, wonderful taste and harmony of colors.

For the cooked cream:

  • 3 tbsp of starch
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 yolks
  • 300g sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 400 g butter

Dough:

  • 5 eggs + 3 egg whites (from cream)
  • 250 g sugar
  • 400 ml sour cream, you can use yogurt or kefir
  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa

To make the dough, separate the egg whits and yolk. Add a pinch of salt to the whites. Whisk it well, gradually add sugar and whisk until you get a thick mass – meringue. Add the sugar, then the sour cream, 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, add the yolk mass to the meringue. Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder together on the obtained batter. All this together should become a homogeneous batter. Bake for 35 minutes under 200C
