Cake “Queen” with walnuts and bananas.

Hello everyone… Today we present to you a new recipe: cake queen. This cake is made with sponge cake and has a magical sheen in the cream and a unique charming taste that includes both the cream and the dough. So be patient and follow us. First of all, I will prepare the cream: we will take medium-soft butter at room temperature. We have to mix it well until it turns white. Continuing to stir, we will add white condensed milk and then vanilla. Before it is whipped, I will take 2 egg whites separately, beat them well, add a pinch of salt, and add to the mixture with butter and milk. I will add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar to the total amount of cream. All this should thicken well and rise, we will mix it together and add coffee-flavored vanilla to it. We get dark cream and light champagne. This cream is extremely tasty with its sweet aroma, which is impossible not to eat.

Ingredients: Cream

  • 300 g of butter
  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1.5 tsp coffee-flavored (creamy) vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Dough – ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 300g/sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 1-2 bananas
  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 3-4 tbsp. cocoa

Preparation of the dough:

We will break the eggs and separate the white and the yolk. We will beat the yolk and add sugar to it, of course we divide the said sugar into 2 equal parts. Then we will add the sour cream, after mixing well, we will beat the protein in a separate glass, we will add a pinch of salt. We will beat when the mass is ready, we will mix the yolk and protein together. We will put it in a sieve. We will add flour, baking soda, baking powder, sift everything together on our obtained mass. We will mix the whole mass together and put it on a gas stove to cook for 45 to 50 minutes. It should be cooked under 350 F or at 200 degrees C. After cooking, we will divide the dough into 2 equal parts. When cooking the 2nd layer, add nuts and cocoa. When we are covering the biscuit layers with cream, we will spread maple syrup on the layers or you can prepare the dip yourself. You can see the details in the video.
