Recipe:

dough`

  • 4 eggs
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 200 g of sour cream (more than 20% fat)
  • 150 g of condensed milk
  • 200 g of flour
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Soak:

1 glass of cognac or rum
1 cup of sugar

Cream:

400 g of butter
1 box of vanilla
1 tbsp cognac or rum
2 tbsp of cocoa

Glaze:

  • 125 ml of water
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 ml rum syrup
  • 30 g of cocoa
  • 140 g chocolate bar
  • 30 g of butter
  • 9 g of gelatin
  • 25 ml of water (to dissolve the gelatin)

The dough should be cooked in a preheated oven at 350 F or 180 C for 35-40 minutes. The size of the item is 22.5 x 22.5 cm in diameter. You can see the details in the video.
