1 cup of sugar
Cream:
400 g of butter
1 box of vanilla
1 tbsp cognac or rum
2 tbsp of cocoa
Glaze:
- 125 ml of water
- 200 g of sugar
- 100 ml rum syrup
- 30 g of cocoa
- 140 g chocolate bar
- 30 g of butter
- 9 g of gelatin
- 25 ml of water (to dissolve the gelatin)
