“Tiramisu” cake from Italian cuisine

Hello everyone! Today we present to you how to make Tiramisu cake, which is very tasty and has a unique taste. To make it we need the following ingredients:

Recipe for the dough:

  • 8 egg yolks
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 9 g of vanilla
  • 8 egg whites
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 240 g of flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60 g of cocoa

Mascarpone cream

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 480 g of mascarpone cottage cheese
  • 460g of cream
  • 50 g. sugar powder
  • 10 g of gelatin

Coffee syrup:

  • 10 g instant coffee
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 200 ml of hot water
  • 30 g of dark rum (optional)

Bake the dough in a preheated oven at 350F for 30 minutes. We prepared the dough in a 45×30 cm rectangular container, and when assembling the cake, we divide the dough into 2 parts. We take a square plate, in which we can collect the biscuit.

Apply coffee syrup on it with the help of a brush, and then pour the mascarpone cream on it. The container should be free by 1 cm so that the cream spreads on the sides, after which it should be put in the freezer for 5 hours. At the end, you can decorate with cocoa powder.
