- 600 g of shrimp
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 teaspoons of white pepper
- 2 tbsp Cooking wine
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 5 cups of potato starch
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp orange sauce
- 2 teaspoons of potato starch
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp black pepper
- 240g of dry chili
- 2 tablespoons of wine
- 120 g. green onion, chopped
- 120 g of chopped garlic
- 60 g of sliced ginger
- 60 g of roasted peanuts
Method of preparation:
Step 1:
Cut the dried chilies into small pieces
Step 2:
For the sauce, mix the soy sauce, wine, sugar, balsamic vinegar, white vinegar, teriyaki sauce and starch. Mix well.
Step 3:
Cut off the back tail of the shrimp and remove the shrimp’s guts.
Step 4:
Season the shrimp with the following ingredients: Salt, white pepper powder, wine, egg and starch. Mix them evenly.
Step 5:
Place on a starch tray, coat each shrimp evenly with flour.
Step 6:
Fry shrimp in oil at 300-333°F / 150-180°C. Roast the peanuts (the peanuts will become brittle after cooling).
Step 7:
Heat olive oil in a pan, fry dry chili, stir a little, add peppers.
Step 8:
Continue to add the chopped garlic, green onion, chopped ginger, shrimps, cooked peanuts and add the already mixed gravy and vegetable oil. Mix quickly a few times.
