“Tender” chocolate cake

Today we present to you a very “tender” cake recipe, for which we need the following ingredients:

Dough

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml of yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp or 20 g of cocoa
  • 160 g of flour

Cream:

  • 400 ml sour cream or cream
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 9 g of vanilla or 1 tsp

Chocolate:

  • 100 grams of chocolate
  • 2 tbsp of milk

This dough should be prepared at 180 C, the preparation time of which is 10 to 15 minutes. We will divide the dough into three equal parts and pour it into 3 separate containers for easy and quick preparation. The radius of the element will be 22 cm.

When the dough is ready, we will spread the cream on it and arrange the baked lists in sequence. We will also cover the top layer with cream and put it in the refrigerator, it will remain for 2 hours. After that we will prepare the chocolate icing.

We will add 2 tbsp of milk to 100 g of chocolate, which we will dissolve by placing in another bowl filled with hot water. We will mix it well with a hand mixer, when it is ready we will pour it on the cake. And we will spread it well over the entire surface, after which we will put it again in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. We will decorate according to taste.
