Almond milk smoothie

Today we will make healthy juice with almond milk. Preparation time is about 15 minutes. This juice is quite healthy for our body, boosts the immune system and lowers cholesterol levels.

Recipe:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 480 ml of almond milk
  • 60 ml of maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 200 g of ice
