Today we will make Cake “Iriska” – “Toffee,” which is very tasty and very beautiful. To bake it, we will need the following ingredients.

Dough:
- 6 eggs
- 250 g of sugar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- soda and vinegar can be replaced by 1 tsp baking powder
- 60 g of cocoa
- 1 pack of vanilla
- 250 g of flour

Cream։
- 340 g butter
- 380 g of boiled condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 200 ml caramel sauce

For decorations I used peanuts, coconut grater, and chocolate sauce.
The oven should be preheated to 350 F or 150 C, and the baking time is 8 minutes. The baking sheet size was 30 cm x 40 cm. Make sure to cover the tray with parchment paper before placing the dough.
