Bird’s Milk

Recipe.

Cream.

  • 1․5 cup (450 g) sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 900 ml milk
  • 250 g butter
  • 1tsp vanilla (9 g)


Dough

  • 5 egg
  • 1 cup (300 g) sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 600 g flour


Chocolate Glaze

  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tsp cocoa
  • 200 ml milk
  • 50 g butter

The dough should be divided into 4-5 layers. Then each should be baked in the oven at 350F for 5-7 minutes, after which we will spread the cream on all the sheets and cover the top layer with a glaze .

It turns out to be very delicious cake that melts in our mouths.
