How to bake Cake Napoleon?

Let’s get started with the recipe! You won’t need too many ingredients with this recipe, the only key here is how to fold the dough correctly. You can check out the video for detailed instructions.

For the dough of cake Napoleon we will need the following:

• 4 egg yolks
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 100 g butter
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Flour until we get a weak dough

For the cream we will use:

• 1․5 cup of sugar
• 3 tbsp flour
• 3 cups of milk
• 250 g butter
• 9 g vanilla
