Today we will make “Cheesecake” with cherries and cream cheese, which we will make very fast and without baking. It is very tasty, glamorous, and it melts in your mouth.

Recipe:

For this first layer you will need

• 320 g Oreo cookies
• 120 g of butter

For the second layer we will need

• 500 g cream cheese
• 150 g of sugar
• 200 g of yogurt
• 15 ml of lemon juice
• 50 ml of water
• 12 g gelatin
• 100 ml cherry preserve juice

Let’s do the third layer now:

• 12 g of gelatin
• 50 ml of water
• 2 tbsp of cherry preserve
• 1․5 tbsp lemon juice
