Chocolate Flavored Cake with Coffee Accents without flour

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well and are ready to put your cooking gear on!

I am sure there are plenty among us that struggle with the dough. How much flour to add? What is considered a happy medium?

Well, today I am introducing you really tasty with coffee accents, chocolate cake. And the most important without a flour. Perhaps, you may wonder how is it possible to have a cake dough without flour. But I am telling you that it is possible and turns out super delicious. The cake melts in your mouth. Since, you might not trust my words, I challenge you to bake this chocolate cake and let us know about your results.

The ingredients are as follows.

For the dough we will use:

  • Dark Chocolate 100g
  • Butter 85g
  • Cocoa powder 6g
  • Sugar 100g – Use the 20 g of the sugar with the yolks and cocoa powder, while the other 80g of sugar whisk gradually with the egg whites.
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt 1 pinch

Bake at 180°C(356°F) for 10 to 15min

For the Chocolate Coffee Chantilly Cream we will be using

  • 130g Dark Chocolate
  • 2-3 oz espresso
  • 300g Whipping cream
  • 25g Sugar
