Classic Eclair

Ingredients

For the cream we will need:

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 8 tbsp of flour
  • 2 cups of boiled water
  • 150 g of butter
  • 9 g of vanilla

Let’s prepare the dough:

  • 5 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp of salt
  • 100 g of butter
  • 3/4-1 cup of flour
  • 1.5 cups of water

Chocolate Ganache:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 200 g chocolate
