Classic Mini Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 50g butter
  • 2.5 cups flour
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch salt

First whisk together the egg, milk and melted butter in a separate bowl. Add 1 tsp of vanilla. Then sift the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, and sugar. Mix all together until well combined.

Transfer the dough into a pastry bag and start filling thte donut molds until about 3/4 full. Bake the first side for 2 minutes, then flip the donuts to the other side and bake for another 4 minutes.

Let the donuts to cool. Then, you can decorate with melted milk and white chocolates, or with powdered sugar. To add more shine to the glaze you can add milk to the chocolate.
