Hello everyone! Today we are going to make a super quick and tasty salad Creamy pasta` salad with grapes.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup small shell or small fusilli pasta
- 0.5 cup Mayonaise
- 0.5 sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.5 a teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 cups green grapes, halved if desired
- 1 cup frozen baby peas, partially thawed
- 1 tablespoon chives, finally chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finally chopped
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- Prepare the dressing: Blend mayonaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
- Place pasta, grapes, peas, chives, dill and Parmesan cheese in a medium large serving bowl.
- Fold dressing into salad, cover and refrigerate two hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Makes 4 to 6 serving
