Creamy pasta Salad With Grapes

Hello everyone! Today we are going to make a super quick and tasty salad Creamy pasta` salad with grapes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup small shell or small fusilli pasta
  • 0.5 cup Mayonaise
  • 0.5 sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 a teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 cups green grapes, halved if desired
  • 1 cup frozen baby peas, partially thawed
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finally chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finally chopped
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
  2. Prepare the dressing: Blend mayonaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper.
  3. Place pasta, grapes, peas, chives, dill and Parmesan cheese in a medium large serving bowl.
  4. Fold dressing into salad, cover and refrigerate two hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Makes 4 to 6 serving
