Delicate Carrot Cake Recipe

Today let’s make a very delicious carrot cake that is extremely tasty, mouthwatering and will melt in your mouth. I covered the carrot cake with Swiss Meringue buttercream, which is an ideal cream for decorating the cakes. You can find the recipe here.

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 320 g sugar
  • 200 ml vegetable oil
  • 80 g chopped pineapple
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 450 g carrots shredded
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts +50 g flour
  • 350 g flour

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  • 450g cream cheese
  • 110g butter
  • 100g sour cream
  • 210g sugar powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
