Delicious Chocolate Crepe Cake

We are presenting you with a delicious, extraordinary crepe cake. It’s very soft and mouthwatering. Below we present you the ingredients/

Dough

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup of lukewarm water
  • 3.5 cups of milk
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • vegetable oil for coating the pan

Beat the eggs and mix together with sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla. Put the flour + cocoa powder, baking powder in a separate bowl and pass through a sieve. Add to the batter and mix until you get a smooth and homogenous mixture. Pass the resulting batter through a sieve and start prepping the crepes.


Take 10 ml of vegetable oil and a pan with a radius of 20 cm. We will prepare the dough sheets. First coat the pan with vegetable oil. Pour 70 to 80 ml of dough with a measuring spoon and cook for 1-2 minutes, turning to the opposite side.

Cream։

  • 1liter heavy cream (33-36%)
  • 130 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • White chocolate

Whip the cream, sugar, and a pinch of salt for about 5 minutes; divide into two equal parts when it thickens. Add cocoa and whisk together. You can substitute the cocoa powder with 50g of chocolate. Start piping the creams. Please feel free to follow us along with the video below. Decorate as you wish. I used grated white chocolate to decorate the top of the cake.
