In this blog we will illustrate 3 different delicious ice cream ideas using the same base. So, let’s get started.

Fruit Flavored Mini Cheesecake Version Ice Cream Recipe

For the Base we will need:

• 3 cups heavy cream
• 1 can condensed milk

For the flavor we used:

• 250 g cookies
• 150 g pineapple
• 150 g mango
• 230 g cheesecake
• 150 g peach
• 150 g strawberry

Our second delicious ice cream recipe is a mixture of vanilla and coffee, so let’s just call it vanilla latte ice cream.

For the base we are using the same ingredients:

• 3 cups heavy cream
• 1 can condensed milk
• 9 g vanilla
• 1/4 cups of espresso

And finally our delicious chocolate ice cream recipe

• 4 cups heavy cream
• 2 cans condensed milk
• 1 cup milk/dark chocolate
• 3/4 cups of cocoa
• 1 cup white chocolate

• For the sauce

  • 0.5 cups of milk and 0.5 cups of dark/milk chocolate.
