Let’s make delicious, super-juicy pork tenderloin! Very easy marinade and not time-consuming at all! This is a great alternative for roasted pork leg. I used the pork neck here but pork chops are also great. Please let us know in the comments if you liked it!
Ingredients:
- 2kg (4.4lbs)pork neck or chops
- 100g champignon
- 1 tomato
- 150g cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- About 50ml olive oil or vegetable oil
- About 1 tbsp salt
- 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
- About 1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- About 1-2 tsp black pepper
There are two different time points in the seasoning, so we recommend you watch the video below for the details. The seasonings are estimated so please use them to taste. The cayenne pepper is spicy, so I combined it with sweet smoked paprika. Quick tip, choose a nice red colored paprika as it is the one giving the color to the pork.
Marinade the pork for at least 2 hours and cook covered by foil for 45 minutes under 425F / 220C. By the 45-minute mark, the pork should reach an internal temperature of 140F /60C. Open the foil and cook for another 15 minutes. I roasted it until 150F / 65.6C. This is when you get the juiciest, most delicious tenderloins ever!
