Fruit sponge cake

Hello everyone! Today we present you a wonderful cake with fruit mixture, which many of us will love. It will be of medium sweetness, and we will use sponge cake dough. You need the following ingredients for the dough:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 9 g of vanilla
  • 40 g of honey
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 250 g of flour

For the cream you need:

  • 100 ml of water
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 5 egg whites
  • 420 g butter


The dough should be baked in a preheated oven at 350F or 176 C. When baking, lower the temperature to 160C/320F, the cooking time is from 35 to 40 minutes.

I divided the dough into two parts. I spread the pre-made syrup on the layers of the dough, after which I arranged the sliced ​​mango on the cream. It should be spread evenly over the whole surface. You can use maple syrup or make it yourself with sugar water.

Put the second layer of dough in the same way, and repeat. We will cover it with syrup with the help of a brush, after which we will apply cream on it, we will then place the sliced ​​strawberry. We will spread cream on the strawberry in the same way, then we will put the 3rd layer. I will put two types of kiwi on this layer. We will cover it with cream and we will put the 4th layer. We will decorate the sides with sliced ​​fruits and with our delicious cream. You can watch the details in the video.
