Lahmajou

Dough:

  • 1.5 cups of flour
  • 0.5 cups of warm water
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Stuffing

  • 250 g lamb meat
  • 450 g beef meat
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp of tomato paste
  • 2 tomato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 Serrano Pepper
  • parsley
  • 2 mint leaves
  • salt and ground black pepper
  • Paprika and Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp oregano

We will bake it for 7-10 minutes, under 220 C or 450 F in preheated oven.
