Today we can present you our version of making “Pork thigh”, which we will present to you in a very accessible way. First day I will put the thigh in salt water prepared with cold water to get rid of blood water. On the second day, after washing well, we will crush the meat, season it with peppercorns, garlic cloves, carrots, and put in the salt water again. On the third day, I will take it out of the water and leave it to drain.
