Mango and Melon Blast

Today we are going to make Smoothie from honeydew melon and mango. This Smoothie has a unique taste, and it is very useful. It helps regulate blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Helps improve healthy bones. Improves immune system. Helps maintain good eyesight and  digestion. Contains Vitamin K, Vitamin C and many antioxidants.

You need the following ingredients for the smoothie:

  • 1 cup melon
  • 1 cup honeydew melon
  • 1 cup mango
  • 4  mint leaves
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1.5 cups of ice
