“Nutella” Cake Recipe

Hello everyone! Today we are going to make a Nutella Cake cake with honey which is made very quickly and has a great taste and fragrance.

For the dough:

  • 5 eggs
  • 260 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 540 g flour
  • 4 tbsp cocoa

Divide the dough into 6 parts. Cover with food wrap and leave to rest for 20-30 minutes, after which you should bake the dough in a preheated oven at 400 F (205 C ) for about 7 minutes.

For the cream:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 250 g sugar ( 1 cups)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 397 g condensed milk
