Orange Chicken from Asian Cuisine

Hello everyone. Today we will prepare Orange Chicken from the Asian cuisine, which I will serve with rice puff. This dish has a slightly spicy, sweet taste harmony, which can be served as a wrap, or sandwich.

For the Recipe You will need:

  • 1.5 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 2.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.5 tsp ginger
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp green onion
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 chicken thigh

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/3 cups of flour
  • 1/3 cups of cornstarch

  • 3 tbsp cornstarch  and 2 tbsp water
